1. Who we are

Services are provided by Rosenthal Business Services LTD. Reptile Industries is our trading name. ICO reference: ZC112604.

2. What data we collect

Only what you provide directly: contact form submissions, emails, and project data. No analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or advertising on any Reptile Industries site.

3. How we use your data

To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
To deliver and support services you engage us for.

We never sell or share personal data for marketing.

4. Contact form processing

The contact form uses FormSubmit to deliver messages. They do not store submissions long-term.

5. Data retention

Enquiries — retained up to 12 months.
Project data — removed within 7 days of completion unless a maintenance agreement is active.
Financial records — 6 years per UK law.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion. Contact: hello@reptile-industries.com. You may also complain to the ICO.

Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms cover all services provided by Reptile Industries. Specific project agreements take priority where they differ.

2. Quoting & payment

All quotes in writing, valid 30 days.
Flat-rate projects: 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
Monthly plans billed in advance. Invoices due within 14 days.

3. Intellectual property

Work product belongs to you once paid in full. We retain the right to reuse general techniques and non-proprietary patterns.

4. Liability

Liability is capped at total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for hardware failure, third-party outages, or changes made after handover.

5. Confidentiality

All shared information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law.
